Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes

February 26, 2020 by Amber 10 Comments

Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes are made easily in the air fryer with some olive oil, salt and pepper cooked until tender and topped with butter and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes

Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes have a soft inside with a salty, crispy outside. Sweet potatoes are sweet in comparison to other potatoes so a butter and ground cinnamon topping balances out this side dish perfectly. With swet potatoes being a good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals they make a fantasic side dish option to go with any dinner.
