Apricot Sriracha Pork Chops is a tasty main dish made with pork chops smothered in a sauce made of garlic, ginger, soy, sriracha and apricot jam.
Dinner is such an important part of my family life. I make sure that a hot, home cooked meal is on the table when my husband gets home from work so we can all have a moment together before the kids go off to their sports or school activities. Honestly, this doesn’t happen every single night but most nights. Dinner time can be a great opportunity to find what is going on in your children’s lives and to have family discussions about.. .really… anything.

Apricot Sriracha Pork Chops
Apricot Sriracha Pork Chops have loads of flavor with the garlic and ginger with a sweetness from the apricot jam and then a little kick of spice with the added sriracha. If your family doesn’t love spicy food, just cut that ingredient amount back a little for a sweeter dish.
Serve with white rice and Roasted Broccoli!
