Chocolate Cola Bundt Cake is a deliciously simple cake made from a box cake mix, instant chocolate pudding, eggs, butter and Coca-Cola topped with a thick, fudgy chocolate drizzle.
Sometimes you just need some chocolate. Chocolate cake just happens to be a weakness of mine. It is just so darn satisfying! This cake is especially great for feeding crowds or maybe a workday pot luck.
Chocolate Cola Bundt Cake
Adding soda to a simple cake mix is a fun and easy way to make a super moist and tender cake. Technically, you can make a cake with just a box mix and some soda but the added ingredients help give this cake great flavor. A dry pudding mix is also a nice addition for extra chocolate flavor and fluffy texture. Cola Bundt Cake is a winner and will satisfy any chocolate lover.
