This Chocolate Sour Cream Bundt Cake is really simple and a real crowd pleaser. You can even add a chocolate ganache topping or fold in some more chocolate chips to the batter before baking to switch things up a bit.
This recipe is pretty straightforward. You will need a few mixing bowls out so there are more dirty dishes than I would like but it is well worth it. My only tip is to use a silicone Bundt Cake pan. I just recently switched to using a silicone pan for recipes like this one and it makes life so much easier!
