Cilantro Lime Rice

Cilantro Lime Rice is made with basmati rice, freshly squeezed lime, chicken broth and cilantro for a simply delicious side dish for any night of the week.

Yields: 6 servings



  1. Place the rice and chicken broth into a pot on the stove top.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Cook accroding to packaged directions on rice bringing to a simmer and covering for 20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Roughly chop your cilantro.
  5. Squeeze in fresh lime juice and the cilantro. Stir.
  6. Serve.
