Description

Corn Tortilla Strips are an easy to make topping for soups, salads and more using only 3 ingredients : corn tortillas, olive oil and salt!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut tortillas into thin strips.
  2. Toss tortilla strips with olive oil.
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet.
  4. Salt generously.
  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.  Flip halfway through baking.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Store in an airtight container or bag.
