Crock Pot Baked Potatoes

Crock Pot Baked Potatoes

Crock Pot Baked Potatoes are a simple way to cook potatoes for a delicious side to any weekday or weekend meal.

Crock Pot Baked Potatoes , slow cooker baked potatoes, baked potatoes, #crockpot #slowcooker #potatoesBaked potatoes in the crock pot seems like a no brainer but I don’t think a lot of people think about cooking potatoes this way. After a long day of work, there isn’t time to bake potatoes in the oven for over an hour… like ever.

But I love potatoes!

Place them in your crock pot before you go to work and place on low all day. Come home to dinner almost done. You can pair with chicken or a large salad to get dinner on the table in  a snap.

Simply wash your potatoes (4-6 russet potatoes will fit into the crock pot). Salt each potato and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil. Puncture each with a fork and cover in aluminum foil. Place into the cock pot on a low setting and head out the door. SO easy!

Top the potatoes with your favorites! We love butter, sour cream, cheese and bacon bits. Cheese and broccoli is another favorite in this household.
