Crock Pot Baked Potatoes
Yields: 4-6 potatoes
- 4-6 Russet potatoes
- olive oil
- your favorite potato toppings
- Wash potatoes well.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt.
- Puncture potatoes using a fork.
- Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
- Place in crock pot and set on low.
- Cook 7 hours.
- Remove from foil and stuff with your favorite toppings.
