Description

Energy Rice Cups are a quick meal idea made with trail mix and Minute® Brown Rice & Quinoa Cups – perfect for a quick lunch or grab-and-go snack to supply you with lasting energy to power through the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 Minute® Brown Rice & Quinoa Cup
  • 1/3 cup trail mix ( my favorite mix is peanuts, dried cranberries, coconut flakes or shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds and flaxseed)

Instructions

  1. Peel off top and heat the Minute® Brown Rice & Quinoa Cup in the microwave for 60 seconds.
  2. Remove from microwave and fill remaining space in the Minute® Brown Rice & Quinoa Cup with desired trail mix ingredients.
  3. Stir and enjoy.
