Why Pudding?
There are two reasons pudding is a great ingredient for cookies! If you have not tried a pudding cookie, you must see for yourself.
1) flavor. Pudding adds flavor! I love the vanilla pudding because the vanilla goes so well with the candy and chocolate.
2) texture. These cookies really do have a great texture that is soft and chewy. This is the type of cookie you can let cool, bag and have sit out and days later they will still be soft and taste great.
Tips & Tricks
Follow the order of ingredients in the instructions below. Begin by beating the sugar and softened butter together until creamy and then begin to add the other ingredients. This will make for a nice consistent dough for the cookies so they turn out perfectly!
