January 23, 2020 by Amber 13 Comments

No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream is an easy ice cream recipe made with only three ingredients of condensed milk, heavy whipping cream and some vanilla extract.  No ice cream machine necessary!

Ice cream is just one of those foods that everyone enjoys. Maybe you are a double chocolate, a simple vanilla bean, something fully loaded or a nice cream person. There is a flavor for everyone which makes ice cream a really special food in my book. Today, we are making a really easy No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream perfect for chocolate dipped cones or in a delicious sundae.

No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream only requires 3 ingredients and takes about 10 minutes to prepare. Leave in the freezer overnight and get a really creamy, smooth treat with the perfect amount of vanilla flavoring.

Chocolate Dipped Cones

Chocolate dipped cones are fun to make and eat! Add more flavor and crunch to your ice cream cone with just a couple ingredients. You you will need waffle cones, dark or milk chocolate melting wafers and chopped peanuts. Crushed OREO cookies, pistachios, sprinkles are a few swap options for the peanuts. Begin by melting the chocolate in a glass mug, give a good stir and then dip a waffle cone into the chocolate. Add chopped peanuts immediately and then set onto parchment paper until the chocolate has set up and hardened. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream inside and enjoy.

Stiff Peak

The instructions tell you to beat heavy whipping cream to a stiff peak.  You will use a hand or stand mixer to beat the cream for about 8 minutes until the liquid thickens up. The cream is done when you are able to lift the beaters out of the cream and it stands straight up without curling or falling over. Then you can add the remaining ingredients and just use a spatula to mix the ice cream together before popping into the freezer.

I’ve always wanted to make ice cream at home but don’t want to invest in an ice cream maker. This is such a great alternative!
