Rice Krispies Wands
Rice Krispies Wands are just a basic Rice Krispies treat recipe with added sprinkles. A drizzle of white candy melts are poured over top with a pinch more colorful sprinkles. Use a cookie cutter of choice, I picked stars, and then colorful paper straws pushed into each star to serve as a stick. Decorate with curled ribbon. I love when creativity is also simple but loads of fun.
TIPS & TRICKS
The most difficult part of these Cake Batter Rice Krispies Wands is inserting the straws (“sticks”) into the rice krispies cut outs without distorting the shape. Just be easy and you may have to reform each one just a teeny bit after insertion.

Oh how fun! I have such fond memories of my grandmother when I think of rice krispie treats! I thought she was SO STRONG mixing that bowl when I couldn’t even make the spoon budget LOL! She put peanut butter into the main krispie part, and an amazing kinda fudge on top, they were to die for!!!! I need to get the recipe from my mom!

Yummm. Peanut butter and fudge? Delicious.
Sounds like a Scotcheroo! Midwest specialty 😉The base is Rice Krispies, butter, Karo syrup, and peanut butter. Then you melt equal parts semisweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together and spread on top. So delicious!!
How cute are these!!?? I love these for kids parties. I’ll have to make some for my twins. They would love them.
