St Patrick’s Day Pudding Cups are made with chocolate instant pudding, mint OREO cookies, sprinkles and whipped cream. To celebrate St Patrick’s Day we added some green coloring and gold OREO’s on top.
I wanted to create a fun and really easy dessert for the holiday and my kids always go crazy for pudding so we made basic pudding cups with a couple little features to make them extra special.
My favorite part of these St Patrick’s Day Pudding Cups are the gold coins on top made from gold cake mist and OREO cookies. To make the gold coins, place OREO thins onto parchment paper, shake the gold cake mist, spray each OREO, let dry and then flip and repeat. Spray as many coats as needed.
Easy peasy!
Build your St Patrick’s Day Pudding Cups by first mixing some green food coloring with whipped cream (we like cool whip) and set to the side while you make the chocolate pudding according to the box directions. Begin layering your pudding cups starting with the pudding, then adding some green whipped cream, chop up some OREO’s next and add festive sprinkles . Repeat these layers once more and then top with a dollop of whipped cream and a gold cookie coin. Place in fridge to set up and then serve.
A trick for Pinterest perfect pudding cups is to place the pudding and the green whipped cream into pastry bags so you have more control over the layers!

Yes but the OREO wont be nice and crispy so depends on how you like your cookies.
