Strawberry Muffins
Strawberry Muffins are made with fresh strawberries and basic baking ingredients for a delicious start to the day.
It is strawberry season! We love ourselves some locally grown fresh strawberries and I am always searching for recipes to utilize them. This recipe is a great weekend brunch item to bake for the family. These Strawberry Muffins smell amazing and are just perfect fresh out of the oven.

Strawberry Muffins are made with fresh strawberries and basic baking ingredients for a delicious start to the day.
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1.25 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 16 tablespoons butter, melted (2 sticks)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1.5 cups sugar
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place muffin liners in muffin pan.
- In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix ingredients.
- Add the eggs, melted butter and milk to mixing bowl. Use a hand or stand mixer to beat ingredients.
- Dice 2 cups of fresh strawberries.
- Add the strawberries and sugar to mixing bowl. Stir.
- Fill each muffin liner 3/4 full.
- Bake 20-22 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Place on a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve.
