The Strawberry Shortcake Martini is made with cake flavored vodka, Bailey’s Strawberries and Cream and a homemade fresh strawberry simple syrup.



Strawberry Shortcake Martini

  • 2 ounces Pinnacle Vodka Cake
  • 2 ounces Baileys Strawberries and Cream
  • 1 ounce strawberry simple syrup
  • ice
  • fresh strawberry garnish

Strawberry Simple Syrup

  • 8 ounces fresh strawberry, diced (1 and a half cups)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar


Strawberry Shortcake Martini

  1. Add vodka, Baileys and simple syrup into cocktail shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Strawberry Simple Syrup (will make a cup worth of syrup)

  1. Wash and dice 1 and half cups worth of strawberries.
  2. In a non-stick saucepan, add the diced strawberries, water and sugar.
  3. Bring to a low boil.
  4. Adjust heat to a low simmer for 20 minutes. Whisk frequently.
  5. Strain into a glass container. Mason jar works well.
  6. Let cool and store in fridge.


  • Frozen strawberries may be used to create the simple syrup.
  • Want to weaken this cocktail? Add some heavy cream to the shaker before pouring.
